We choose to be at home with our families.<br \/>\nWe chose this lifestyle in order to have flexibility<br \/>\nWe recognise that schedules need to be set up around other responsibilities for our team and our clients.\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tWAHM =\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\twork at home mom\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p>We&#8217;re great at juggling tasks and input, switching context and making sure everyone is seen and heard.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\t02\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tWe&#8217;re WAHMs\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe choose relationships \n\t\t<\/h2>\n\tWe love getting to know our clients. Really getting to know you, your kids, your story.<br \/>\nWe may like you getting to know us as well.<br \/>\nWe use Telegram and Slack because we like the ability to chat in words. We&#8217;re available through Telegram, Zoom, Slack or Voxer<br \/>\nWe don&#8217;t offer cold calling (ick!)<br \/>\nYou can book a call with anyone on your team whenever you need to.<br \/>\nWe use the apps we need to, in order to stay in touch for work when we&#8217;re on the move with kids.\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\t05\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tWe&#8217;re humans with needs.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe take time out and off\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\tWe have kids &#8211; things come up, and they (and the rest of the family) have needs.<br \/>\nWe value our sanity and treasure our quiet times.<br \/>\nWe live in an amazing country that we love to visit. Come and visit! We&#8217;ll show you the best spots.<br \/>\nWe have built a team to ensure that there is always someone available to support you when your main team member is out.<br \/>\nWe take 2 weeks leave over Christmas every year.<br \/>\nWe value our weekends, as much as you do. This is a time for us to recharge, reconnect with family and focus on our mental health.\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tWe&#8217;re Tech\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSavvy\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p>We are not coders, developers, gurus. We&#8217;re good at the things we&#8217;re good at. We&#8217;re fast learners and do our best to learn new tools quickly.And we definitely know people for anything we don&#8217;t know. We&#8217;re really good at networking and creating beneficial connections.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\t06\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tWe&#8217;re digitally skilled\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe enjoy technology\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\tWe&#8217;re mostly self taught. We may or may not have any official training under our belts.<br \/>\nWe&#8217;re fantastic at Googling and finding answers for ourselves. When that doesn&#8217;t work, we&#8217;ll ask our network and then we&#8217;ll ask you.<br \/>\nWe&#8217;re quick learners, but we don&#8217;t know everything. We promise to tell you when we don&#8217;t know and then figure it out.<br \/>\nWe&#8217;ve tried A LOT of options. We&#8217;ve probably tried that tool. If we haven&#8217;t, I&#8217;m sure we&#8217;ll figure it out quickly.
